Our Simple 4-Step Process

TriTech’s approach to COVID-19 cleaning and sanitization includes cleaning, disinfecting, and properly disposing of all infected materials as biohazard waste, performing air fogging and wipe down with CDC and EPA-registered chemicals to kill Human Coronavirus, adhering to stringent coronavirus demobilization process for all equipment, trucks, and waste storage areas, and as always — preserving the confidentiality of all of our clients and projects.

Respond

TriTech will respond by organizing the Emergency Biohazard Response Team and collecting preliminary information regarding the project. This stage will include opening a project file so that our team can properly document and upload information to TriTech’s cloud once we arrive to the affected location. Additionally, TriTech will obtain the preliminary information in order to deploy the resources needed to begin remediation in a timely manner.

Assess

Upon arriving to the scene, the Field Supervisor will work with you in order to assess the site. At this stage, the Field Supervisor will assess any and all safety concerns and begin mitigation protocols to minimize further spread or cross-contamination.

Sanitize

TriTech’s Emergency Biohazard Response Team will begin the sanitization process by air fogging a virucide solution that is EPA-registered to kill Human Coronavirus. Air fogging disinfects and kills Human Coronavirus both on surfaces and in the air. Our team will then perform a wipe down with the virucide solution for customers including a thorough wipe down of all surfaces and furniture (drawers, door handles, phones, etc.

Drying

Once TriTech has performed the sanitization, the site should be left uninhabited for 2-3 hours to allow for proper drying. At this point, it will be safe for humans and animals to return to the property.
